Your exercise, practice and sustain a habit partner. If you fail ,just try, start, begin again .

It is true that discipline can be learned. This channel is humbly dedicated to anything that is good for the body, mind and soul. Not a doctor, fitness guru etc, rather somebody who has failed many times and been alone for a long time. Had severe depression for more than a decade. If you happen to be doing anything that failed- acknowledge and reflect, then just try, start, begin again something worthwhile in life, at home. The most important thing is that we learn from our mistakes in life. Thank you guys for your support. Thank you to Our Almighty for this platform that I am able to share one of my passions. I'm Karmina, 48 years old, single mom but co-parenting my son with my parents and family, a baker and pastry instructor, my other passion is exercising. I am currently starting a "trying hard plant based eating habit and an off grid in condo style living since it's just recently that I am finally working to establish.
